Need a new summer wrist? Not an actual real new wrist, but a wrist full of new pretty jewels to keep you looking trendy and cool. Well – even if that’s not what you’re looking for I’m going to show you anyways! Maybe you’re looking for rings, earrings, or necklaces instead, either way, I have been slowly trying to expand my jewelry collection recently (because I find that when I wear cool necklaces and trendy earrings people don’t think I’m 15 anymore instead of 20) and I’m ready to share with all of you guys what I’ve found!

I find, especially now that I cut my hair shorter, earrings are such a statement and can really take an outfit from casual to chic in seconds. Hoops are obviously in, so if you don’t have some good hoops that would be a great place to start! I got these thin large hoops and thick smaller hoops at my fave store Thursdays and I am obsessed, you can order them online and they are super comfy (which is difficult to find with hoops). I think if you’re gonna go with any I would choose the large thin ones because I find I go to wear them more than the others.

If you’ve read my articles before you will know that I do not promote things because I’m paid to, but I promote things because I love them and want to share them with you guys. Full disclosure, my younger cousin started this jewelery company called Mäsy Chains with her friend which is how I found these gum drop earrings. BUT, I am seriously not kidding in any way when I tell you that I have been stopped on the street multiple times about these earrings and so many people have asked me where to get them! They are so effortless and look chic but casual enough to wear every day! I have not taken them off for like the past two weeks because I love them so much.

I also think this cuff set from Adinas Jewels is perfect for those who are too scared to get their cartilage pierced (I am very much guilty of this).  I love the style and look of having a cartilage piercing, but also not all the time.  The fear of getting that piercing is not worth it for me, especially since I probably wont want it in all the time.  These cuffs are so cute and super easy to wear.

For me, bracelets are so much more difficult than earrings because you sort of have to create a wrist, your bracelets need to work together otherwise you can’t wear them! For the summer I always super into gold because I find it looks really great when i’m tanned and glowy, so I tend to keep my jewelery all gold, especially bracelets. I also like to keep colour to a minimum and keep it all matching, so sometimes I will incorporate a little bit of red, blue, or black in but thats it.  I’ve seen Adinas Jewels everywhere, tons of celebs have been spotted wearing her stuff and it’s super trendy and amazing! It’s also surprisingly not expensive.  I think their evil eye bracelet is so stunning and it’s definitley on my wish list!

This bracelet from Bauble Bar is stunning and super chill but also fun because you can personalize it! It would look super cute with your initials on it, or even if you have a fun saying or little pick me up message to write on it!

Last but not least in any way, I found this bracelet set also on Bauble Bar and am loving the incorporation of pearls! For some weird reason, I have a feeling that pearls will be the new thing this summer and I love how they incorporated these into their pieces.

Rings are the type of thing that you really don’t want to overdo or you risk looking like a pre-pubescent teen girl (we’ve all been there done that before).  I have super minimalist style so I love keeping it simple with rings. I’ve picked up a lot of simple small gold bands which I love to stack up. I also have an amazing vintage initial ring which was from my great grandmother and passed down to me that I never take off. I always like to mix it up, and add to my little stack of thin rings and my initial ring with one or two other rings to make sure that I don’t pull a throwback to my middle school brandy mellville ring days. This chain ring from Thursdays is super stylish and cute, but also doesn’t overdo anything and is super simple.

I’m also super into this enamel band from Adina’s Jewels and I love how they have so many colours to choose from. I think I like black the best but it’s a pretty tough choice. It would also look cute to stack these on top of each other and grab a few colours, but make sure to keep everything else pretty simple if you plan on doing that!

Last but not least are necklaces.  I feel like everyone has a few go to necklaces that they never take off because they are lazy (ME), so if you want to commit to a few cute styles for the summer I’ve got you! This Bauble Bar initial necklace is so cute because it’s different.  I love how it’s not just a plain initial necklace, but it’s also super simple at the same time! Some people may not love the black, they also have a similar one in this amazing blue

I hope you all watched Laguna Beach and The Hills.  If you didn’t please stop reading this article – we can’t be friends (jokes on you because this is the very end of the article).  Anyways, Kristin Cavallari was the villain on these shows for a while, she was always beefing with LC and I lived for it.
