The best time of the year is here! It’s the Sephora semi-annual sale. At My Therapist Says we care about our readers, and we want you all to make the most of this sale and get the best bang for your buck. I’ve rounded up all the best of the best in beauty, skincare, and hair to keep your shelves fully stocked up until the next sale. Depending on how much money you spend at Sephora each year, they split their members up into three tiers. You need to be a member to participate in the sale, but you don’t need to pay to become one, it’s free! Rouge members who spend the most money (me oops) get 20% off, while everyone else gets 15%! Enter the code SUMMERSAVE online or ask for the sale in-store to get the perks! Make sure to check out the beauty bazaar rewards too and get some free samples.

Kate Somerville ExfoliKate Intensive Exfoliating Treatment.

This is called Hollywoods 2-minute facial for a reason. It leaves your skin glowing and gets rid of almost all of your blackheads. One person used it at 8am for 30 seconds and got carded at dinner (she claims that never happens), so I mean, it must make you look super glowy. Celebs swear by this treatment, and it can get a little bit pricy, so now is the perfect time to stock up.

IT Cosmetics Lash Blowout Mascara

I LOVE when people collaborate, especially when it’s two of my favourite brands. Dry Bar haircare and IT Cosmetics created this mascara. It’s a blowout mascara, so it’s supposed to mimic getting your hair blown out at Dry Bar! What more could you want from a mascara? This product is very new so may as well try it out while it’s hot off the press.

Glow Recipe Avocado Melt Retinol Sleeping Mask

I had this mask before it had retinol in it, and this substantial addition to the mask made me want to repurchase a new one. Drunk Elephant has gotten me obsessed with retinol. It’s known as an anti-aging ingredient but it does so much more. Also – you should start anti-aging in your 20’s so you can keep the skin as youthful as possible.

Kosasport LipFuel Hyaluronic Lip Balm in Rush

I was influenced into purchasing this product. I saw a million influencers posting about it a while ago, and when I saw it in the store, I had to buy it because I’m a sucker for lip balms. The colour is like my lip colour but escalated. I put this on, and it makes me look alive. The actual product itself is fantastic. It keeps my lips hydrated for hours, better than almost anything I’ve tried.

Charlotte Tilbury Glowgasm Face Palette

Would this be an article by me if I didn’t include any Charlotte Tilbury? This UK based brand is stunning but also pretty pricey, so now is the right time to stock up! This palette has some bronzer, blush, and highlight, so you are set for a full face! It is SO glowy and is perfect for making an entrance back to school this fall.

Playa Ritual Hair Oil

This hair oil is life-changing. It doesn’t weigh the hair down, but it tames frizz and helps make whatever your hair dreams come true. It smells like heaven, and the packaging is perfect for a shelfie. It’s super lightweight so it’s ideal for the heat when your hair may be getting a little bit oiler than usual.

Sephora Collection Ready To Roll Brush Set

Whenever I get too lazy to wash my brushes, I want to buy a whole new set. It probably makes more sense just to clean my brushes, but if you need some new ones, this is the perfect set because it’s so easy to travel with and comes with virtually everything you could ever need.

That’s it for me! Happy spending.
